It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Robert Poppe Sr. of West Terre Haute, Indiana, who passed away on September 10, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Albert Poppe and Pearl Smith Poppe; his son Jerry Robert Poppe, Jr.; and his siblings, Frederick Poppe, James Poppe, David Poppe, Carl Poppe, Jesse Poppe, Albert "Hiram" Poppe, Virginia Lewis, Wanda Rogers, Ada Rogers, Linda Keefer, Lena Poppe and Ruth Buchanan.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie Schoffstall Poppe; his daughter Heather Eikenberry (Chad); and his brother Herman Poppe (Marsha). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to help with expenses.
