She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis "Speed" Carlson and Vivian Kluesner Carlson; her son George H. Jones Jr. "Hank"; and her great grandchild Ford Louis Gindhart. She is survived by: her husband George H. Jones Sr.; her children, Lance G. and Saprenna Mills (Stuart); her brother Charles "Chuck" Carlson (Carolyn); and her grandchildren, Ashley Gindhart, Jeffery Gindhart (Chelsey), Shannon Mills (Evan White), Georgeena Mills, Brandy Jones, George "Gus" Jones and Eden Jones. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

She enjoyed walking for Alzheimer's.
