Phillips of West Terre Haute, Indiana, born in Terre Haute, Indiana, who passed away on August 11, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn May Phillips; his sons, Bryan Phillips and Dean Phillips; his siblings, Waller Phillips and Patricia Hayes; and his grandchildren, Darcy Diehl (Joe), Sara Phillips, Chelsea Deal (Adam), Ginny Hayes (Eric), Amanda Phillips, Joel Phillips, Justin Phillips and Jessica Phillips. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
