He is survived by: his siblings, Marilyn Miller, Jim Thompson of Terre Haute, Gary Thompson of Terre Haute and David Thompson (Kathy) of Terre Haute; his stepchildren, Brittany Norton, Linda Johnson and Levi Otto; his stepgrandchildren, Bryley, Brayly, Kylie Norton, Hannah Mooreland, Savannah Wallace, Brantly Spitler and Jordan Otto; his nieces and nephews, Jamie Johns, Donna Miller, Jeffrey Miller and Brian Miller; his great-niece Stephanie Kuckewich; his great-nephews, Garrett Kuckewich, Sean Bohannon and Eryk Johns; and his friends, Jill Drake, Marilyn Neese and Mary Jo Stephens. He is also survived by Several aunts, uncles and cousins.
