He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Kenneth Lewis and Vera May Evans Gross; his wife Lisa Jill Lewis (Clark); and his children, Michele Lewis Fisher, Ashley (Max Cartledge), Melanie (Rick Jones), Amy (Dustin Heady), Heather (Drue Lane), Carly Legg and Coy Bateman.
In lieu of flowers, donations are being asked to be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, as that foundation touched Ronnie's heart very much.
