She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Fleetwood and Hazel Fleetwood (Collins-Kendall); her husband William Thomas; and her siblings, Dale, Paul, Richard, Donald Fleetwood, Doris Armes and Lois Stevens.
She is survived by: her children, Paula Potts (Tony) of Washington, IN, Michael Thomas (Linda) of Tampa, FL, Julie O'Brian (Ken) of Naples, FL and Carol Southerland (Stuart) of Montgomery, IN.; her grandchildren, Garrett Thomas, Aimee Cuffle, Jonathan Potts, Patrick Potts, Sarah Wilcher, Olivia Grasso, Anna O'Brian, Sam Southerland and Megan O'Brian; and her sister Shirley Perkins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions please be made to the Daviess County Historical Society or the First Christian Church.
