He is survived by: his wife Judy Ashby; his siblings, Denny Ashby of San Diego, California, Diane Fults of Indianapolis, Indiana, Karen DeJarnett of Petersburg, Indiana and Kenny Ashby of Washington, Indiana.; his children, Jon Ashby (Carol) of Washington, Indiana., Sherri "Ashby" Ray of Washington, Indiana., Harold Ashby (Dee) of Washington, Indiana., Jack Ashby, Jr. (Mary Jane) of Washington, Indiana. and Mark Ashby (Charity) of Washington, Indiana.; and his grandchildren, Michael, Dereck, Garrett, Brandi, Brittany, Haley, Devin, Ian, Gwen, Mason, Brayton, Hannah, Kyle, Hayden, Gage and Amaya.
