He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara Booker (Smith) and Cecil Booker; his son Mark Booker; and his siblings, Ruth Imogene Darnial (Handley), Mary Frances Neidigh, Anna Louise Strange (Joe), Virginia Rose Booker (Harold), Dorothy Mae Brooker, Robert Junior Booker and Ralph Myer Booker.
He is survived by: his children, Michael L. Booker of Washington, Tony J. Booker (Marty), Cathy Ann Booker Brown of Montgomery, Daniel W. Booker (Brandi) of Plainville, Donald L. Booker (Tina) of Petersburg, Sheri Criswell (Jeff) of Montgomery, Lisa Wilson (Dennis) of Montgomery and Darrin Halbert (Mitsy) of Martinsville; and his sister Thelma Jayne Kessler of Indianapolis. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren, several great-grandchildren.
