She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Baxter and Lousie Baxter; her husband Theodore B. Riester Sr.; her son Christopher Fry; her sons-in-law, Patrick Carrico and Michael Moran; and her siblings, Caroline Woodall, Shirley Wininger, Gary Baxter and Robert Baxter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tamara L. Moran of Washington and Madonna "Dee" L. Carrico of Washington; her grandchildren, Kelsie (Semsair Paul), Jennifer (Jakob Babrick), Lyndsey Carrico and Aaron Carrico; her great grandchildren, Kiara Paul, Khristopher McNeely, Abby Paul, Liam Auberry and Calvin Ramsaran; her sister Mary Mumma; and her son-in-law Stephen R. Smith. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers and gifts donations can be made to offset funeral expenses.
