He was predeceased by: his father Dan K. Myers; and his stepmother Linda Myers. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Myers (Peek); and his siblings, Todd Myers (Jennifer), Stacy Clark, Paul Williams (Susan), C. C. Williams (Pam), Jeff Williams (Lynn), Mark Williams (Leann), Clara Myers (Steve) and Susie Hawthorne (Jon). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Helping Hearts Hospice.
