She was predeceased by: her husband William "Butch" Gilley, Jr.; her siblings, Mark Pilk and Debby Gilley; and her grandparents, Imogene Arthur and Shug Arthur.

She is survived by: her parents, Joseph Pilk of Oakland City and Gloria Waltz (Arthur) of Washington; her son Quentin Pilk of Washington; and her brother Tommy Waltz of Washington. She is also survived by four grandchildren and five nieces.
