She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert E. Rice and Lena L. Rice (Moffet); her husband Herman Kinser; her sister Ruth E. Thomas; and her children, Lena Kay Pruett (McCullough), Donna Mae Carpenter, Betty Ann Bechtel and Donald Ray Bechtel.
She is survived by: her son Marty Bechtel (Kamell) of Clayton, IN; her stepchildren, Debbie Rollins of Bedford, IN and Steve Kinser (Carol) of Bedford, IN; her grandchildren, Donnie McCullough (Tina), Randy McCullough, David Carpenter (Kara), Bonnie Carpenter, Stephanie Arnold (Mark), Clay Bechtel (Ashley) and Seth Bechtel; her great grandchildren, Dusty McCullough (Zulmy), Whitney McKee (Dusty), Cody Carpenter, Brayton Long, Dawnyelle Helderman (Jack), Chase Bechtel and Carson Bechtel; and her great great grandchildren, Haiden Carpenter and Lainey Kay McKee. She is also survived by five step-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren.
