She was predeceased by: her mother Pollyanna Enlow Perkins Seals; her son Mark Godfrey Sr.; her husband Jack Godfrey; and her siblings, Terry Allen, Dennis Perkins, Joel Perkins and Deborah Shull.
She is survived by: her children, Diana Leonard (Terry) and Ricky Godfrey; and her sister Lisa Fields. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many cousins.
