Blackwell (Bill); her children, Skyler Nicole Mattingly (Maxwell Robinson) and Dylan Tyler Ross; her siblings, Shawn Mattingly (Fawn) of Washington, Kellie Osmon (Brandon) and Eric Hannah of Washington; her nieces and nephews, Kayla Mattingly, Sophie Armes, Arbryella Mattingly, Scarlett Mattingly, Sydney Hannah, Sawyer Mattingly, Liam Osmon and Alexander Hannah; her close friend Carey Ridgley; and also, Tristan and Hunter.
