He is survived by: his wife Marcia Schrock of Warsaw; his children, Melissa Chapman (Chandler) of Atwood, Paul Shepherd Jr. of Columbia City, Amy Elliott (David) of Warsaw and Scott Conley (Melissa) of Florida; and his brother Bob Shepherd (Sheryl) of Prestonsburg, KY.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.
