He is survived by: his parents, Ray Burkholder and Elizabeth Burkholder (Troyer); his son Sheldon Burkholder of Eau Claire, Wisconsin; his grandson Silas Burkholder; his siblings, Kevin Burkholder (Kresta) of Mentone, Cheri Baugher of Warsaw and Michelle Burkholder of Warsaw; and his nieces, Andrea French, Kylie Baugher and Hannah Burkholder.
