He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd L. McCormack (Mary McCormack) and Mary D. McCutchen (Wilson); his brother Jeff McCormack; and his stepson Mike Stahly. He is survived by: his close friend Dana Stahly; his children, Mark McCormack (Kelly) of Indianapolis and Melissa Jeffries of Florida; his siblings, Kenny McCormack of Madison and Kathy Hoffman of Lake Frederick, Virginia.; and his stepchildren, Shelly Aker (Mark) of Tippecanoe Lake and Jason Stahly of Denia Beach, Florida.. He is also survived by grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
