She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Harvey and Norma Irwin Henwood; her daughter Penny Groves (Rick Groves); her siblings, Noreta Mort (Jack Mort), Oscar Henwood and Leroy "Buck" Henwood (Judy Ann Henwood); her son-in-law Clark Barefoot; and her niece Kathy Henwood.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Monroe Clay; and her children, Jeff Clay (Diane) of Warsaw, Steve Hill (Anita) of Portage, Brenda Barefoot of Olathe, KS and James Clay (Nancy) of Warsaw. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
