He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Buttice and Mary E. Pearson Buttice; and his daughter Kelly Buttice Butler. He is survived by: his wife Jane A. Wideman; his daughters, Angela Buttice Meadows, Holly Buttice Berkshire and Christina Fisher; his siblings, Theresa, Dave Cosby, Kathy Wooten and Johnny Buttice; his grandchildren, Devin LaMere, Cody Rogers, Ciara Meadows, Hope Rogers, Alexis Nethercutt, Ashlyn Berkshire and Aspyn Smith; and his great grandchildren, Addilyn, Jade, Layton, Elliana and Emma. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
