He was predeceased by: his parents, Rafael Torres and Delia Torres (Rivera); his siblings, Ivan Torres and Rosita Morales; his nephew Nelson Morales; his niece Linda Topper; and his son-in-law Scott Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Elsie R. Torres; his children, Elsie Baker (Dennis), Walton, Shirley Krause (Felix) and Mitzie Anderson of Virginia; his grandchildren, Denny Baker Jr., Krystle Noland, Amanda Anderson and Erika Bohon; his stepgrandsons, Jeremy and Jason Krause; and his siblings, Irving Torres, Maria Birnell, Nelson Torres, Aglaee Casiano, Hilda Costas, Rafael Torres, Anibal Torres, Roberto Torres and Jorge Torres. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
