He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferdinand Conrad and Marie Conrad (Hubenthal); his grandson Greg Conrad; and his siblings, Dorothy Pearish and Joseph "Joe" Conrad.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte M. Price; his sons, Tom Conrad of Logansport, Ray Conrad of Frederick, Maryland and Will Conrad of Lebanon, IL; his grandchildren, Jason, Michael Conrad and Brianna Conrad; and his siblings, Loretta Swigart of Lebanon, IN and Everett Conrad (Beverly) of Marion, IN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
