He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Floyd and Floysteen Caswell Owens; his brother Floyd Lee Owens; and his partner Evelyne Day. He is survived by: his sons, Dennis Tracy "Flop" Owens and David Ezra "Bubba" Owens (Becky); his stepdaughters, Charleen Sowell (Sammy) of West Bay and Tammy Day Varelas of West Bay, Florida; his siblings, Lloyd Iverson Owens and Rhonda Goddin; and his grandchildren, Traycie, Amber, Ian, Skyler, Ezra and Emma. He is also survived by five great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
