He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry J. Bowers Sr. and Marilyn Pemberton (York); and his sister Lisa. He is survived by: his pets, Abby, Joe Boy and Gun; his close friend Kim Sturgeon of Walton; his daughters, Jessica Petty (Joe) of Kokomo and Stephanie Jones (U. L.) of Kokomo; his grandchildren, Shekinah, Gracelynn, Noah Petty, Skyah, Chance and Emalynn Birnell; his siblings, Joe Bowers, Debbie Mouser, Rhonda Grandstaff (Randy) and John Bowers; and his cousin Bill Herrell.
A memorial visitation to be scheduled for a later date for the safety and health of everyone during the COVID-19 outbreak.
