He was predeceased by: his parents, George Meyer and Mildred Meyer (Osborne); his parents-in-law, Jennie Lowe (Rogers) and Vernaline Lowe; his sister Marva Lee Dyer (Meyer) of Darvin Dale; and his daughter-in-law Beth Meyer (Catt).
He is survived by: his wife Verna Meyer; his children, Kyle Meyer (Beth Ann), Keith Meyer (Linda) and Kevin Meyer; his grandchildren, Lauren Gaines (Billy), Amy Matteson (Brett), Matt Meyer, Logan Meyer and Alex Meyer (Alexandrea); and his great grandchildren, Rhyder Meyer, Alexis Coffman, Brecklyn Matteson, Elliott Coffman, Zeke Matteson, Madison Meyer, Dierks Meyer, Nolan Meyer and Wells Meyer.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Vincennes Funeral Home (524 Broadway St, Vincennes, IN 47591). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at the Memorial Park Cemetery (919 Willow St, Vincennes, IN 47591).
