She was predeceased by: her parents, William and Floretta; her husband Jack E. Maple; her sons, Mark Adams and William H. Hacker; and her sister Juanita Litmer.
She is survived by: her daughter Ellen Marie Cowell; her son-in-law Thomas Cowell; her grandchildren, Jack Hacker, Chris Hacker, Nancy Baker, Shandon Davis, M'Kenna Cowell and Rhea Cowell; and her sister Helen Metcalf. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
