She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Forwalt and Edna Lee Forwalt (Barnes); her husband Harold "Mick" Edwards; her daughter Lana Huskey; her siblings, Edward, Harry Forwalt and Edna Mae Powers; her brothers-in-law, Goble Patrick and Sam Brown; and her stepdaughter Andrea Luplow.
She is survived by: her daughter Stefanie Alering (Matt); her siblings, Russell Forwalt (Janet), Darlene Stenger (Mike), Jackie Patrick, Charlotte Forwalt and Debbie Brown; her grandchildren, Nicole Huskey, Rachel Huskey, Dillan McQueen and LJ McQueen; her great grandchild Kaylee; and her stepchildren, Harold J. Edwards (Luci) and Cynthia Bidar (Rick).
Memorials may be given to "Victory in the Word Ministries" in care of the funeral home.
