He is survived by: his father Joe Sandlin of Moores Hill; his wife Vanessa Lee of Versailles; his children, Mariah Jean Sue Sandlin and Knox Carter Lee; his siblings, Brian Eads (Jennifer Bolser) of Cincinnati, Ohio and Melonie June Eads of Cincinnati, Ohio; and his nephews, Nathan Eads and Nash Lee.
