It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Doris Celsor of Valparaiso, Indiana, born in Newport, Arkansas, who passed away on July 27, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Watts and Angelee Watts (Eubanks); and her sisters, Imogene Talley and Madeline Watts. She is survived by: her spouse Willie L. Celsor; her children, Scott Celsor (Donna) of Wisconsin and Lisa Claypool (Donald) of Valparaiso; her sister Kathi Finley; her grandchildren, Erica, Morgan, Alexis, Lindsey, Victoria and Catherine; and her great grandchildren, Aleah and Wyatt.
