He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving E. Annen and Regina F. Annen (Rodgers); his son Nathan Ian Annen; and his brother John Annen. He is survived by: his spouse Lonette Reese; his son Jason Annen of Valparaiso; and his siblings, Lois O'Keefe (Mick), Patricia Annen, Elizabeth Meanovich Stephen (Steve), Philip Annen, Peter Annen (Rhonda) and Edward Annen.
