He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Furn Moyer (Blodgett). He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Moyer (Henry Newcomb) of Madison, WI and Alesha Moyer (Christopher Gall) of Valparaiso; his former wife Patricia Betz (Lee); and his siblings, Scott Moyer of Florida and Janice Bowman (Keith) of Texas.
