He was predeceased by: his father Millard Elmore Jones; and his siblings, Ora Carroll, Wrendle and Eldon Jones. He is survived by: his wife Willa Dean Green; his children, Steven Jones (Quita) of Valparaiso, Melinda Slagle (Ray) of Valparaiso and Bethany Heavilin (Craig) of Valparaiso; his grandchildren, Kevin McKee (Natalie), Josh Jones (Anjale), Jamie Marlow (Cody), Matthew Slagle (Danielle), Michael Slagle, Shelby Heavilin (Mark Richards) and Madison Heavilin; his great grandchildren, Emma, Zack, Connor, Abby, Quinn, Makaila, Aubrey, Mia, Gunner, Hadley, Paxton, Aliyah and Merrick; and his dachshund Holly.
