It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kristie Cannon of Valparaiso, Indiana, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on May 9, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charlie VanHouten and Betty VanHouten (Sandy); her husband Dennis Myron Cannon; her children, Sandra Saylor, Sherry Cannon (Steven) and Aaron Cannon (Kayrill); her siblings, Charlie VanHouten (Sandi), David VanHouten and Betty Fisher (Herschel); her grandchildren, Jayden and Josephine; her siblings-in-law, Donna Acanfora and Larry Cannon; and her brother Steven VanHouten. She was also cherished by her family and friends.
