With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce E. Wackett of Valparaiso, Indiana, born in Gary, Indiana, who passed away on November 5, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John and Helen; her husband Ronald Wackett; her brother Jim; and her nephews, David Kerr and Vince Addison.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Lang, Kristin DuFaux (Steve), Kevin Wackett (Karen), Tim Wackett (Betsy), Greg Wackett (Laura) and Tony Wackett; her grandchildren, Amber Cosentino (Carlo Belardinelli), Lauren Cosentino (Kevin Smith), Adam Cosentino, David Wackett (Rachel), Steven Wackett (Olivia), Andrew Wackett (Hannah), Joshua Wackett (Megan), Zachary Wackett (Jillian Wentworth), Juliana Wackett, Taylor Wackett and Holly Hill; her sister Linda Gerus; and her sisters-in-law, JoAnn Howerton and Barbara Baumann. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
