It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John M Angyus of Valparaiso, Indiana, born in East Chicago, Indiana, who passed away on August 5, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Angyus and Anna Angyus (Schaller); his daughter Cathy; and his wife Dolores. He is survived by: his children, Mary (Mark McLaughlin) of Hammond, IN, John Angyus (Melissa Nelson) of Highland, IN and Vicky (Stephen "Redtail" Rickard) of Victor, MT; his grandchildren, Emily (Mark Panning), John, Erik (Lindsay Taggart), Meggan Sara (Nevin Neagu), Laura Beth Catherine (Matt Carnes), Joey and Michael; and his great grandchildren, Elsa, Lillian, Kurtis, Kealan, Alexandra and Zara.
Memorials may be made to St. Paul Catholic Church, VNA Hospice, or Fr. Blaney's Share Foundation.
