Smith; her children, Amy Francis of Valparaiso and Michael Krol of Valparaiso; her sister Barbara Muraco of Portage; her grandchildren, Joshua Michael Krol and Hope Sarina Francis; her nephew Rob Muraco (Beth); her niece Melissa Simatovich (Mike); her great-nephews, Drew, Dane and Drake; and her son Gregory Krol. She was also cherished by 4 stepchildren, 8 step-grandchildren, several great-grandchildren.
