It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna L. Hamm of Valparaiso, Indiana, born in Chesterton, Indiana, who passed away on June 15, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Sederberg and Mary Sederberg (Thomas); her husband Fredrick Smith; her former husband Joseph Hamm; her children, Donnie Stringer, Susan Sledge and Fred Hamm; and her brothers, Henry and Richard Sheets.
She is survived by: her children, William Hamm (Pat) of Illinois, Joseph Hamm (Francis) of Illinois, Cynthia Mills (Al) of Alabama and Victoria Morales (Sam) of Valparaiso. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
