He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James Fisher, Glen Hartz, Albert Fleming and Betty Fisher. He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey Hartz of Merrillville and Shelly Hartz of Hobart; his sister Nina Hartz of Columbia City; his nephew Mattis Boles; and his grandmothers, Joan Fleming of Merrillville and Carol Hartz of Osprey. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
