She was predeceased by: her husband William O'Quinn (Gerry); her parents, Gathel L. (Dave) and Daunita L. (Donnie); and her grandparents, Sandford, Martha Parker, Arnold and Betty Cox.

She is survived by: her son Jason Simmons of Valparaiso, IN; her brothers, Steve (Pat), Parker of Hammond, IN and Jeffrey Parker of Plymouth, IN; her grandson Nate Simmons; and her former husband Douglas Simmons. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
