With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte E. Rau of Valparaiso, Indiana, who passed away on May 28, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Klemz and Agatha Klemz (Heimberg); her husband Walter Rau; and her siblings, Delores List, Dave Klemz and Roger Klemz.

She is survived by: her children, Mark Rau (Rita) of Golden, CO, Dan Rau (Jamie) of Valparaiso and Jenni Schoneman (Jim) of Merrill, WI. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
