With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wilda Irene Welch (Upland, Indiana), born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on March 18, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Grafton and Lenore Julia Grafton (Bjork); and her brothers, Lee Vernon Grafton, Sr. and Gordon Grafton. She is survived by: her husband Ray Welch; her sons, R. Edwin Welch (Barb) of Upland and Kevin Welch (Dawn) of Upland; and her grandchildren, Joshua David Welch (Bethany) of Columbus, OH, Jonathan Welch of Upland, Elizabeth Soultz (Clayton) of Jonesboro, Merilee Welch of Upland and Holley Welch of Upland.
