He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Harrell and Betty Harrell (Bradford); his mother-in-law Christena Jarrett; and his nephew Cory Jarrett. He is survived by: his wife Carol Harrell; his children, Richard James Harrell, Kimberly Leach (Steve), Madison and Ronald Jarrett (Stephanie); his siblings, Donna Kay Spath of Huntington County, Elwood of Huntington County, Linda Masters of Huntington County and Joe Harrell of Huntington County; and his granddaughters, Saxxlyn and Sophia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Stroke Association in care of the funeral home.
