She is survived by: her children, Rick Cox of Marion, John Davidson (Sally) of Noblesville, Patti Niday of New Haven and Jacque Ormsby (Bob) of Collinsville, AL; her stepchildren, Vernon Smithley (Veda), Rodney Smithley (Patty), Wanda Smithley and Eula Dean Jeffries (Paul); her sisters, Goldie Cushman and Darlene Monroe; and her nieces, Robin Musick and Shelly Smithley. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and friends.
