She is survived by: her parents, Bobbie Dyer Mitchell and Emma Jean Berry; her husband Randall Perillo; her sons, Robert Mitchell of Hebron, Travis Guess (Christina) and Timothy Smith of LaPorte; her siblings, Luann Hernandez (Jeff) of Valparaiso, Mickey Nolan of Valparaiso and Rhonda Williams (Jim) of Valparaiso; her grandchildren, Alyssa Jones, Jenna Mitchell, Owen Lentner, Vivian Guess and Tank Smith; and her great grandchild Dakota Taylor. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
