He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Victor Plumer, Sr. and Helen Plumer (Gall) of Tipton, Indiana.; his daughters, Amy (Plumer) and Shana (Plumer); his pet Mindy; his wife Jennie Plumer (Reichel); his sons, Richard Clough and Jim Hoffman; his siblings, Jane Olsen (Plumer), Margaret Romo (Plumer) and Gary Plumer; and his grandchildren, Ian Clough, Zach Clough, Elizabeth Hoffman, Rachel Hoffman and Jacob Hoffman.
The pandemic gave Vic and Jennie an unexpected gift of two uninterrupted years of quality time together, and they truly liked each other's company.
