He was predeceased by : his grandfather Sam Cole; and his step-father Dennis Brewer. He is survived by : his parents, Angela Cole (Shad Clements) of Logansport and Noe Contreras of Mexico; his daughter Mylah Renea Contreras; his grandmother Karen Cole; his siblings, Zachary Davila (Nichole), Ashleigh Davila (Jorge Almeida), Kourtney Logan (Braxten) and Stephanie Davila (Daniel Gonzalez); his nieces and nephews, Mackenzie, Adalyn, Sofia, Eli, Jaxson, Jayson and Jovani; and the mother of his child Andrea Rodriguez. He is also survived by siblings and extended family.
Alex was serving in the Army Reserves and his deployment into active duty was delayed due to the pandemic.
