Mildred Delong Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mildred Delong of Tipton, Indiana, who passed away on November 15, 2021 at the age of 103. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Holt and Sarah Ella Holt (Smith); her husband Loyd D. DeLong; her siblings, Charles Holt, Arnold Eades and Berneice Bogue; her half-sister Elsie Mayhew; her son-in-law Edward Buckley; and her great grandchild Christopher Durm.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Ann Durm-Buckley of Indianapolis and Loyd Donald DeLong, Jr. (Joan) of Windfall; and her grandchildren, Jeff Durm (Amy), Jim Durm (Tammy), Johnny Durm, Dan DeLong (Shari), Danielle Hale (Jeff) and Danalee Fernung (Kory). She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren, 13 great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society or the Curtisville Christian Church.
