She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Jones and Lula Jones (Burchett); her former spouse Charlie Cleveland Frazier; her husband Earl Phifer; her children, Brenda Stearnes (Bill) of Tipton, Janice Lee (Jim) of Tipton, Benny Frazier (Patty) of Tipton, Kenny Frazier (Cyndi) of Kokomo and Jerry Frazier (Debbie) of Tipton; her sister Mildred Cowan of Sneedville, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Michael Garst (Julia Scott), Jon Frazier (Amber Heaton), Tony Lee (Stacey), Ken Frazier (Leslie), Jason Frazier (Hope), Michelle Cottingham (Rik Durkin), Missy Carrico (Rick), Kristi Stearnes (Brian Strebin), Ashley Barrett (John), Jesse Manis (Shannon) and Dustin Neal; her siblings, Oscar Jones, Davis Jones, Olen Jones, Charles Jones, Nora Hopkins, Dorothy Ramsey and Lester Jones; and her great grandchild Destiny Lee. She was also cherished by 26 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great Great Grandchild, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Lanette's honor to the Fraternal Order of Police # 109.
