He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Harper and Elsie Harper (Shook); his wife Joyce Ann Burden; his daughter-in-law Mary Harper; his brother Lewis Harper; and his brother-in-law Jack Robison.
He is survived by: his children, Regina Barr (Ron), Michael Harper, Larry Harper (Jane) and Carol McElfresh (Jeff); his grandchildren, Deena Dodd, Amy Powers (Pete), Kelli Lightfoot (Luke), Kristina Cline (Kyle), Beth Woelfert (Charles), Carrah McElfresh, Rob Harper (Emma), Andrea Campbell (Ryan), Sonny McElfresh (Kelli), Aly Baker (Andy), Ethan Harper (Merrill) and Megan Ness (Joe); his great grandchildren, Courtney Everman, Brayden Vandergriff, Lucy, Logan, Holden Lightfoot, Anya, Henry, Amelia Cline, Isla, Kinley, Mikella, Maggie Woelfert, Charlie, Dawson, Dailey, Foster Campbell, Sophie McElfresh, Finley McElfresh, Emerson, Shepherd, Gideon Baker and Lyla Harper; and his sister Wilda Robison. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers (but if you must, yellow was his favorite), memorial contributions may be to St. Jude Children's Hospital, Tunnels to Tower or the organization of your choice.
