He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Balph and Grace Balph (Wiseman); and his wife Jacqueline Ann Balph. He is survived by: his children, Scott Balph (Anna), Jeff Balph (Sara), Angela Sunday (Neil) and Dawn Eagleman; and his sister Elaine Keyes. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
