Sam Strunk Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sam Strunk of Thorntown, Indiana, who passed away on January 9, 2022 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Atlas and Norma Jean Strunk (Cassidy); his daughter Roseanne Jean Smith; and his granddaughter Maylynn Nicole Shrock. He is survived by: his wife Cora L. Strunk (Sanders) of Thorntown; his children, James Strunk (Tiffany) of Alabama, Jerusha Amber Hope of Thorntown, Norma Kay "Poppy" Bray (Brandon) of Frankfort, Samantha Fahenstock (Jacob) of Kokomo and Josh Sanders (Sandra Dukes) of Lebanon; and his sisters, Norma Moore of Thorntown and Sue Pietro (Mike) of Indianapolis. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
